Cleveland, OH—November 14, 2006—日韩三级片 Inc (NYSE: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a scheduled dividend payment on the Company’s 3.25% Redeemable Cumulative Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock. A cash payment of $8.125 per share will be payable on January 16, 2007, to Preferred Stock shareholders of record on January 2, 2007.
