Cleveland, OH—July 11, 2006—日韩三级片 Inc (NYSE: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share. The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2006, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2006. The per-share cash dividend rate reflects the impact of the Company’s two-for-one stock split effectuated June 30, 2006.
